How to make payment using NamABank [VND] in SEAGM?

Nam A Bank (NamABank), established in 1992 and headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, is a trusted Vietnamese commercial bank recognised for its focus on digital banking and secure financial services. NamABank ensures fast, reliable, and safe transactions, helping deliver a seamless payment experience to customers.

Note:

1. Nam A Bank [VND] payment method is ONLY supported under Vietnamese dong [VND]. 

2. Please ensure that no virtual private network (VPN) is enabled during checkout.

 

Step 1: Choose your products in SEAGM and then click "PayNow" to be directed to the checkout page.

Step 2: On the checkout page, click on "Online Payment" and select NamABank. Then, click "PayNow". 

Step 3: You will be directed to the Ngan Luong Nam A Bank payment page. Enter the payment information and click [make payment].  

Step 4: Kindly follow the on-screen instructions to make the payment. Once the transaction is completed, please allow the payment gateway to redirect you back to our website to fully complete the transaction.  

Step 5: Kindly check your order status in your SEAGM profile under "My Orders". Do contact our support team via LiveChat if the status is under "unpaid" after an hour.
